Chery Q EV in Pakistan: Rs 5.554M Price, Standout Features and the Accessories That Complete It

The Chery Q is an all-electric hatchback launched in Pakistan at a limited introductory price of Rs 5,554,000, and for that money it offers equipment no petrol car in the same bracket comes close to: Level 2 ADAS with 21 functions, six airbags, a 540-degree camera, automatic parking, a 15.6-inch screen and up to 400 km of claimed range. Chery Master Pakistan unveiled the price at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) in Lahore on September 18, 2026, with a free 7 kW home charger worth Rs 100,000 for early buyers.

At PremiumExo, we make custom-fit accessories for the cars Pakistanis actually drive, and the Chery Q is one of the most exciting new arrivals we've seen this year. Below you'll find what the Q offers, how it compares with the sedans at the same price, and how to make it yours from day one with QuikSnap™ sunshades, a TotalCover 360 car cover and our comfort range: headrest pillow, lumbar support, seat cushion and seat padding.

Why the Chery Q Stands out at Rs 5.5 million

At this price, Pakistani buyers have traditionally chosen between a 1.5-litre sedan like the Honda City or Toyota Yaris and a small crossover. Chery Master's own launch message says buyers in the Rs 4.5–6 million bracket have learned to accept compromises in space, technology, safety and running costs. The Q is built to remove those compromises. Here are the features that make it unusual at this price.

1. Level 2 ADAS with 21 Functions

Advanced driver assistance at Level 2 is usually found on cars costing far more. The Q's system bundles 21 assistance functions. For comparison, the new Suzuki Fronx ADAS, launched at the same auto show, costs Rs 6,799,999 and offers Level 1 ADAS.

2. Six Airbags

Most sedans at this price have two or three airbags. The Q has six.

3. 540-degree HD Camera and Automatic Parking

A 540-degree camera shows the car from above and underneath the front, which helps on narrow streets and tight parking spots. Automatic parking assist can park the car for you.

4. More Cabin Space than its Size Suggests

The Q is shorter than a City or Yaris, but its 2,700 mm wheelbase is longer than many SUVs sold in Pakistan, and at 1,811 mm it's wider than both sedans. PakWheels noted at launch that its cabin is bigger than the Yaris, City and Alsvin.

PremiumExo Tip: A wide cabin with big side windows means more sun on your passengers. QuikSnap™ sunshades cover all four side windows (two front, two rear), snap on in seconds with no tools or magnets, and keep kids in the back cooler and out of direct sun, with privacy for the whole cabin and no tint film on the glass.

5. A 15.6-inch 2.5K Screen with CarPlay and Android Auto

The centre screen is larger than on many cars costing twice as much, and it supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus app control and voice commands.

PremiumExo Tip: A big screen and a modern dashboard also soak up the sun when the car is parked. Shading the side windows with QuikSnap cuts the direct sun that fades trims and heats up the cabin, and the colour-safe micro-pore mesh still lets air through.

6. Vehicle-to-Load (V2L)

With 6.6 kW V2L, the Q can power appliances from its battery: a kettle on a road trip, lights at a campsite, or essentials during a power cut.

PremiumExo Tip: If the Q is going to be your road-trip car, make the seats as comfortable as the tech. The headrest pillow supports your neck on long motorway runs, and the lumbar support keeps you sitting upright instead of slouching after a few hours behind the wheel.

7. Very Low Running Costs, Especially with Solar

This is the Q's biggest argument in 2026, with petrol prices changing daily. Chery Master estimates that a petrol car driven 20,000 km a year spends about Rs 488,000–569,000 on fuel, compared with about Rs 30,000 a year to charge the Q for a household charging from surplus rooftop solar. Your actual cost depends on your tariff, your solar setup and how you drive.

PremiumExo Tip: Most Q owners will charge overnight at home, often in an open driveway. That's exactly when smog, dew and dust settle on the paint. A fitted TotalCover 360 keeps the car clean and dry overnight. Shading the windows during the day also means less heat in the cabin for the AC to remove when you set off.

What about Toyota Safety Sense and Honda Sensing?

You may have read that the Yaris and City come with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist. Those packages, Toyota Safety Sense and Honda Sensing, are fitted to newer versions sold in other markets, such as the Yaris in Europe, the US and Saudi Arabia, and the facelifted City in India. The Yaris and City assembled and sold in Pakistan don't include them: the top City Aspire S has two airbags and regular cruise control, and the top Yaris has stability control, traction control and hill-start assist. So at around Rs 5.5–6.4 million in Pakistan, the Chery Q is the one offering Level 2 driver assistance.

What to think about before you book

The Q isn't the right car for everyone. A balanced view:

  • The price is introductory. Chery calls Rs 5.554 million a limited-time price and hasn't said when it ends, so it may rise.
  • It's a hatchback, not a sedan. If you regularly need a large separate boot, a City or Yaris still carries more luggage.
  • Charging at home matters. The Q makes most sense if you can charge at home, ideally with solar. Public charging outside major cities is still limited.
  • Range is a claim. 400 km is the NEDC figure; WLTP is 310 km. Heat, AC use and motorway speeds reduce real-world range.
  • It's new to Pakistan. Resale values for EVs are still settling, and Chery Master has 14 3S dealerships in eight cities, so check service coverage where you live.

If you mainly drive in the city, can charge at home and want the most safety and technology for Rs 5.5 million, the Q is very hard to beat right now.
