Shipping policy

1. Processing and handling time

  • All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders received after 9:00 PM will be dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Please note that our processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Shipping options and costs (Domestic — All over Pakistan)
  • We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees for any orders placed within Pakistan.

3. Delivery timeframes
  • Our standard delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days for all major cities and towns across Pakistan. Please note there are no deliveries on Sundays.
  • However, delivery can take up to 4 to 8 working days during Eid, Public holidays, Monsoon season, Fog, Transport strikes, or any such unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a link to the courier's website. This will allow you to track the status of your order at every step.
  • After receiving your tracking information, please closely monitor your phone for calls from the delivery rider. It is crucial that you are available to answer the call and receive your parcel. We request you stay in close contact with the rider if necessary to arrange delivery.

5. Shipping restrictions and receiving goods
  • We ship to all locations within Pakistan.
  • We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt.
  • For security and hygiene reasons, products are not allowed to be opened before payment and receipt are confirmed by the rider.
  • We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.

6. Lost or damaged packages
  • If you believe your package is lost or if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Please do not accept any package that appears to be tampered with or damaged upon delivery.

7. Cancellations and contact information
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
